Sleek and stylish. That's how I would describe the Pavilion, one of the newest mall in Kuala Lumpur. This shopping mall boasts 450 retail shops spread over 7 floors. It offers a fabulous shopping experience with renowned brands such as Juicy Couture, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Coach, Versace and DKNY amongst others. Another attraction at the mall, is a bakery, The Loaf owned by the country's former prime minister. Go check it out. Who knows you may rub shoulders with the owner himself. It was a Saturday afternoon and the Pavilion was naturally packed with people. I didn't want to photograph the interior of the mall. I chose instead to focus on the exterior, which is essentially a stark, grey-looking building. Its lack of colour is accentuated by these beautiful, eye-catching block adverts all over the exterior of the building. I find the Pavilion sleek and stylish with the clever use of large eye-catching block adverts. I am attracted to this structure simply due to its clever use of shapes, colours and pictures.
The Pavilion is open 7 days a week. For directions to the mall, please click here for the map.

another new place for exploring! :)
ps. about my WW post, the weed was actually in a swamp, though there were a few rice paddies some kilometers away. :)
Thanks Maiylah...you've got a lovely shot of that weed.
Those are great angled shots! I too love the large billboards along the side-walk. Reminds me of Devil wears Prada..hehehe :-)
A lot of great ads!
love the perspective on your shots! :)
Nice mall indeed, a little too grey for me, I would prefer more coloured.
I must visit the Pavilon when I go back to KL sometime. It looks like it's a short walk from Marriot hotel or Lot 10 from the map. Thanks for sharing the map as well.
